Last but certainly not least... we saw jellyfish. Quite a few jellyfish. While Shelby was swimming around, she would stop on the beach every once in a while and paw at something and then start swimming again. Turns out she was pawing at jellyfish which made me nervous but they didn't seem to bother her at all so we just kept an eye on her.
On another note... It made me think of this gold nugget... and yes I was singing this song in my head.
After having Hogan and having him avoid water at all cost and seeing and hearing about Shelby from you and Brad, it is amazing that she likes the water that much. Looks funny to just see her head out in the ocean. I am surprised that the jelly fish didn't bother her at all. Must have been some other kind. Most of the kind we had in Bay City which is just a few hundred miles north of Corpus, were Portugese Man of War (not sure I spelled that correctly) and they would sting the CRAP out of you! Glad you had fun and are sharing your Texas experiences with us....with pictures (even if you are kissing).
