Normally the motherly chore
This weekend I learned how to make bread for the first time. Shocker to some, but whenever my mom made bread (which was A LOT) she made it while the kids were at school. Brad thought it was about time that I learned how to make bread and you know, it wasn't that bad. Home made bread isn't my favorite because of all the extra air in it than store bought. Its also more likely to fall apart on a sandwich. This particular loaf may have tasted incredibly better to me solely on the fact that I made it with my own two hands.

I commented on this earlier and it didn't stay for some reason. What I said was, Bread today Brisket tomorrow! When you come up this summer (if you do) we will work on the fine art of smoking brisket. From start to finish so you will know and be able to produce the finest in Texas eating. The bread looked good and it seems you have it mastered already. Way to go sweetie!
